Standard delivery is usually 2–3 working days.

Express Delivery ⏱️

Express delivery is normally delivered next working day if ordered before 1 pm. Please contact our Sales Team for an accurate cost, as this depends on the size, weight, and dimensions of the parcel.

⚠️ Additional Delivery Charges for Certain Products

Some products — especially large sheets, GRP panels, and other bulky items — may require additional delivery charges, particularly when ordering more than one item. This is due to the size, weight, and specialist handling required by our couriers.

Where this applies, we clearly state it on the product page (for example: “More than one item requires an additional delivery charge — please call us for a quote.”).

If we have advised you that an extra delivery charge applies, please ensure you select and add the correct amount at checkout. Orders that do not include the required additional delivery charge cannot be dispatched until the correct payment has been received.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

During checkout, you will be asked to enter your delivery information and select the correct delivery area from the drop‑down menu. Carriage will be added where applicable.

Area A – UK Mainland (England, Wales, Parts of Scotland)

Dispatch Times 📦

Delivery times vary depending on the product:

• Stock items: usually dispatched next working day

• Bespoke slit‑size tape: 3–5 working days

As an online business, stock levels change frequently, but we work hard to replenish stock on a continuous basis.
