This tape is suitable for open/close cycles up to 1,000 times.

The rough side is called the hook and the soft side is called the loop.
The loop side is the soft, fuzzy side, while the hook side is the rough side that will stick to everything and can often stick to carpet, clothing, pets, furniture and more.
