We are sure that you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if this is not the case, you can rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that your returns are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
If you wish to return any unwanted items, you must do this within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Both the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping costs will be covered by you (the Customer). All Refunds will be submitted using the same payment method by which the original payment was received.
However you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Please contact us with the relevant details: your name, order number, goods you are returning, reason you are returning them and whether you want a replacement item or refund. Please note: return of used goods or goods with missing packaging are not returnable.
Faulty and Damaged Goods
If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. Depending on the item and the damage, we may request return of the faulty or damaged goods and/or we may require you to send us a photo via email.
You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 14 days after your items have been delivered. Any cancellations must be made in writing either via email or letter – we are unable to accept cancellations by phone. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. This includes delivered or undelivered products. Return shipping costs will be covered by you (the Customer) for delivered items.
While in your possession you must take reasonable care of the goods. If any of the items are damaged on return and this damage was not highlighted at the time of delivery we reserve the right to charge for the cost of repair. This includes missing parts that were provided when the product was delivered.
It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via the UK Post Office™ or any other courier service. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
You can request that we cancel your order before it is shipped and we will do our utmost to cancel it before it is shipped and process a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, you should follow the above instructions for returning orders.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
